Could MUDA be the answer?

During our ten years and more in delivering Administrative Management qualifications and courses around the world, it is apparent that administrative activities often fail to effectively deliver desired outcomes. Indeed, delegates in every class state that they produce defective goods. There is an acceptance that we do this, and yet in manufacturing this would not be tolerated. 

We challenge all administrative professionals to consider "sins of production", and see how jobs and tasks can be improved using MUDA methodologies.
